Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes the current QuoteDue MVP. QuoteDue is a local quote follow-up tracker for solo service providers. If cloud sync, accounts, analytics, payments, or automated messaging are added later, this policy must be updated before those features ship.

What QuoteDue Stores

QuoteDue stores the quote and follow-up information you enter, including customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, optional addresses, job types, quote amounts, sent dates, follow-up dates, notes, message templates, and local preference settings.

Where Data Is Stored

The current MVP stores data locally on the device or browser using local storage. QuoteDue does not upload this data to a Galivox or QuoteDue server in the current MVP.

What QuoteDue Does Not Do

• QuoteDue does not create user accounts in the current MVP.
• QuoteDue does not process payments.
• QuoteDue does not send automatic SMS or email messages.
• QuoteDue does not install analytics in the current MVP.
• QuoteDue does not sell customer or quote data.

SMS and Email Drafts

QuoteDue can open your text or email app with a draft follow-up message. You are responsible for reviewing and sending any message. QuoteDue does not send messages automatically.

Exports, Backups, and Reset

CSV exports and JSON backups are created locally from your saved QuoteDue data. Resetting local data removes QuoteDue records from the current device or browser storage.
