1. Service and agreement
These terms cover the Galivox website, Galivox accounts, and Galivox Frame when released. The operator is Galivox INC, a United States corporation registered in Connecticut, as confirmed by its owner. Contact: galivoxinc@gmail.com.
This published version does not create a new agreement with current users merely because it is posted. It must be presented for affirmative agreement before it applies. The Privacy Policy explains information handling; reviewing it is not blanket consent. Future paid-service terms are separate and are not included in this free-beta agreement.
2. Who can use an account
The approved coordinated rollout limits shared Galivox signup, including Google signup, to people age 13 or older. New accounts must complete the age declaration and email-verification process. Frame users aged 13–17 require separate parent or legal guardian approval before editor access. Under-13 signup and Frame access are excluded. The initial Frame beta is US-first, not an international release.
The eligibility process verifies your email before creating a new account and records your age declaration and document agreement. A guardian invitation verifies access to a different email inbox. The guardian must explicitly attest that they are the parent or legal guardian, authorize Frame use, agree to the terms and review the privacy notice. Opening a link alone is not approval. No identity-document scan is requested; email access and attestation do not independently prove age or guardianship. Service availability is shown in the eligibility screen. Publishing these terms alone does not activate signup interception or Frame enforcement; those controls require a separate operational rollout.
Age boundaries advance with the server’s UTC calendar date. February 29 birthdays advance on March 1 in non-leap years. At age 18, Frame no longer requires guardian approval. Declarations cannot be changed by editing profile metadata; contact support for a correction or disputed approval.
A guardian can decline, use the withdrawal link in the approval receipt, or request a fresh verified withdrawal link. If the service is unavailable, contact support using that page. Online withdrawal stops subsequent verified Frame access. Previously verified offline access may last up to seven days. Saving and recovery remain available; withdrawal does not delete local projects or give a guardian access to them.
If you act for an organization, you must have authority to agree for it. Use accurate information and an email you control. Other products’ access and billing are not changed by Frame’s guardian gate. Any future paid subscription requires an adult authorized purchaser and separate checkout consent.
3. Account security and recovery
You are responsible for keeping your password, sign-in session, authenticator, and offline setup key private. You may sign in with an available supported provider, such as Google. Provider sign-in is subject to that provider’s terms and does not remove Galivox’s second-factor requirement when enabled.
If you enable two-factor authentication, save the setup key somewhere private and separate from the authenticator device. It can restore that authenticator entry on a replacement device. It is a reusable authenticator secret, not a set of single-use backup codes. Resetting your password does not remove two-factor authentication.
Contact support if you lose access or suspect misuse. Support may need to verify ownership and may be unable to restore access without adequate evidence. We do not promise to bypass authentication or recover an account merely because someone knows its email address.
4. Using Galivox Frame
A Galivox account is required before editing. After a successful verified account check, offline access lasts up to seven days. Expiry, sign-out or an access restriction preserves an already-open project’s saving and recovery paths. A local terms receipt is not authentication or guardian approval.
When Galivox makes the free beta available to you, Galivox grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use it for lawful personal or commercial editing without a beta license charge. Software ownership is not transferred. Do not resell account access or share credentials to provide access to others.
The exact released build identifies qualified systems, formats, included features and known limitations. All agreed initial-beta editing/export features are free; paid checkout is disabled. Future paid offers are separate. These terms do not invent seat limits or promise unfinished features. Applicable third-party license rights, including modification, library replacement, interoperability and permitted research, are not restricted.
5. Your projects and other content
You keep ownership of your projects, media, edits, exports, profile photo, and other content. Galivox does not claim ownership of your creative work because you use an account, Free mode, or Premium mode.
For material you choose to upload as a profile photo or send to support, you give us only the permission needed to store, display back to you, secure, and handle that material for the requested account or support service. That permission ends when the material is removed, except for copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy or required by law. It does not authorize selling your work, publishing it as advertising, or using it to train AI models.
You must have the rights needed to use content and share it with support. Keep backups of important project and media files. The current account service is not a cloud backup service and does not upload your Frame projects or media automatically.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, commit fraud, distribute malware, harass people, access another user’s information, interfere with service availability, or evade account security or payment checks. Do not misrepresent your identity or use stolen payment information.
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to galivoxinc@gmail.com. Avoid accessing or retaining another person’s information while investigating. Nothing here prohibits activity that applicable law specifically protects.
7. Free accounts and future paid services
The initial Frame beta is free at $0, with paid checkout disabled. Signing in, downloading the beta or saving an optional test payment method does not authorize a charge or subscription.
Stripe sandbox subscriptions carry no real charge and do not grant production Premium or Frame access. Existing other-product billing behavior is unchanged by this policy publication. Any future paid offer must separately disclose its actual price, access, tax, billing frequency and cancellation terms before a customer agrees to pay.
Any separate future subscription terms are not adopted by accepting the Frame free-beta terms. No paid price or recurring-payment agreement is finalized here.
8. Suspension, cancellation, and deletion
You can stop using the beta at any time or request account deletion in Security. Signing out or uninstalling an app is separate from account deletion or any separately agreed subscription cancellation. Keep independent backups before deleting an account or updating the app.
We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, fraud, unlawful conduct, material breach or a legal requirement. Where practical we explain and offer a support route unless doing so would create a security risk or violate law. Restrictions should be proportionate. They do not transfer or remotely delete your local content; saving and recovery of an already-open project remain available.
If the free beta ends, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. No perpetual free service or future feature is promised. Separate paid-service agreements and mandatory refund rights are not changed here.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or file, or recovery of every lost project. Pre-release features may change. We will not represent unavailable features as included in a paid purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available without an additional promise of fitness for every particular purpose. This does not exclude statutory warranties, required remedies, or responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited. There is no mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, or requirement to use an exclusive foreign court in these terms. Applicable consumer protections and access to courts remain available.
10. Changes, questions, and disputes
Material changes will receive a new version, appropriate notice and renewed agreement where required, not silent reuse of an old receipt. A change will not retroactively authorize a charge, remove a refund already owed or authorize a new optional data use.
For a concern or dispute, contact galivoxinc@gmail.com with the relevant account email and description. Do not include secrets or full payment details. Contacting support does not remove rights to a regulator, court, payment dispute process or other lawful remedy.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest continues to the extent allowed by law. Mandatory local law is not overridden. Galivox INC adopted the underlying policy content and authorized the coordinated eligibility rollout. This revision reconciles operational status; it does not add a payment agreement or new optional data use. This version applies only after affirmative acceptance during the separately authorized rollout; it does not record acceptance or activate editor access merely by being published.
